1. Delivery Zones

We deliver to the following countries:

  • Metropolitan France
  • European Union
  • International (subject to availability)

2. Delivery Times

Metropolitan France:

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Express delivery: 24-48h

European Union:

  • Standard delivery: 5-10 working days

International:

  • Standard delivery: 10-20 working days

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and transport conditions.

3. Delivery Fees

Metropolitan France:

  • Free delivery from 40€ of purchase
  • Standard delivery: 4.90€
  • Express delivery: 10€

European Union:

  • Delivery costs calculated at the time of payment according to the destination

4. Preparation and Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48h (working days) after payment validation.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.

6. Delivery Issues

In case of a lost, damaged or undelivered package:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier
  • A replacement or refund will be made as appropriate

7. Delivery to a Relay Point

You can choose delivery to a relay point when placing your order. The package will be available for 14 days.
